Linshui Monkey Island Masterplan

Adjacent to the Nanwan Monkey Island Nature Reserve, the Monkey Island Masterplan is to be a floating Boutique Eco Resort Hotel with Resort Residential and Tourist Facilities for the approximately 150,000 people that visit the Reserve annually.

While adding land area to this site we have created an island which includes major office space, mid rise condos, townhouses, Villas, and a major hotel brand with 200 guestrooms and 40 'water bungalows'.
